This video has been a long time coming – we’re using google forms and google drive to create an easy to use wellness questionnaire, and then exporting the data into the Free Wellness Database that you can tinker with at your will! Check it out!
Note: the video software doesn’t show some pop up boxes in excel so when i’m changing the names of the pivot table headers after clicking the field settings button, I’m just changing the value to sum instead of count and removing the sum of text – see screenshot below.
